1

Page identity and public-beta context

Accueco Transformational Green Technologies Inc. provides the current public website experience as an early-stage, evolving public beta.

Different pages, tools, resources and learning experiences may have different levels of maturity. These Terms do not state that every feature has identical maturity or that any particular feature will remain unchanged.

2

Eligibility and access

  • Public browsing remains available to all ages.
  • Public-account eligibility remains available to all ages.
  • Interactive learning, planning, Academy and Resources use is intended to require successful passwordless magic-link authentication.
  • A magic link is authentication. It is not age verification.

3

Permitted use and information supplied through forms

Accueco may receive structured form information where a defined field exists. Accueco may also receive free-form explanatory text where an applicable form provides it.

Required Energy Review and callback information remains subject to applicable completeness and information-quality rules. These Terms do not represent that file-upload capability is available.

4

Unacceptable conduct

The unacceptable-conduct rules apply to Accueco public accounts, forms, tools and interactive features. These categories include:

  1. impersonation;
  2. knowingly false or deceptive submissions;
  3. spam or repetitive solicitation;
  4. unauthorized-access attempts;
  5. attempts to bypass authentication or security controls;
  6. malicious code or harmful payloads;
  7. deliberate disruption;
  8. abusive request volumes;
  9. unauthorized collection of information about other visitors;
  10. harassment or threatening communications; and
  11. misuse of Accueco's branding, name, identity or public presentation.

An ordinary good-faith mistake is treated differently from knowing deception, impersonation, malicious code or deliberate disruption.

5

Shared and automated accounts

Shared accounts are generally permitted. Automated, bot-operated and machine-created accounts are also generally permitted.

Permitted automation remains subject to unacceptable-conduct rules and any applicable endpoint-level controls. Public posting of magic links or session-access mechanisms is prohibited. No new numerical limit applies solely because activity is automated.

6

Accueco-provided material and permitted use

Accueco's affirmative ownership assertion is limited to Accueco's name, logos, original written content, original graphics and original media.

Ordinary use is personal, educational and non-commercial. Accueco may separately permit exact unchanged public redistribution, including in commercial contexts, under conditions communicated for the applicable material.

Internal adaptation for planning or learning is permitted. Public republication of adapted or materially modified material requires separate permission.

Automation follows the same rules. These rules apply to Accueco-provided interfaces, tools, estimators, Academy, Resources and learning material without adding a broader ownership claim.

Brand use must not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, certification or partnership.

8

Availability, public beta and errors

  • No continuous-availability or numerical-uptime commitment is made.
  • Temporary interruptions may occur for legitimate operational reasons.
  • No fixed advance-notice rule applies to temporary interruptions.
  • No error-free or defect-free promise is made.
  • No permanent-access guarantee is made for outputs or saved states.
  • No general support-response or fix-time commitment is made.
  • No fixed public-beta end date is set.

9

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

Subject to rights, remedies and forums that cannot lawfully be displaced, disputes properly subject to a court forum must be brought exclusively before the courts of British Columbia.
