Privacy-request process

Accueco's current privacy-request channels cover access to information associated with the requester, correction of inaccurate information, and questions or complaints about Accueco's handling of information.

Requester information

• full name;
• email address used with Accueco;
• type of request;
• relevant submission or interaction date;
• Energy Review request ID, where available; and
• relevant page, account or feature.

Verification and handling

Control of the associated email address is required. Matching request or account details are required. Magic-link confirmation may be used. When identity cannot be verified, the request may be denied.

The Office of the COO is the responsible reviewer. Accueco may acknowledge requests by email and communicate outcomes by email.

The initial operational response target is 60 days. Where more time, technical review or additional verification is required, Accueco may use an additional 180-day handling period. Neither value is described as a statutory deadline or a guarantee that a request will be granted.

Technical metadata

Accueco may process technical and navigation information needed to operate, secure, diagnose and understand use of its website. This information may include URLs, page paths, navigation or referrer information, timestamps, browser or device details and operational request records. Where applicable, service providers may process technical or operational records to support hosting, security, delivery, diagnostics and related website operations. Accueco intends to limit and manage records under its approved operating positions, including limiting retained content where configured and using retention targets where they can be supported. Actual fields processed by service providers, provider-specific retention periods, deletion capabilities and enforcement of controls depend on verified configuration and service terms.

Cookies

Accueco may use a cookie named PHPSESSID to support website session functionality. It is a session cookie.

When the applicable telemetry process runs, Accueco may use a cookie named accueco_last_visit to retain last-visit and coarse-location information for 365 days.

External services may assist with coarse geolocation when telemetry operates.

Service providers

Accueco may use service providers to support hosting, security, delivery, diagnostics and related website operations.

Those services may process technical or operational records under their own service terms and configurations.
